Why We Evaluate Employees

Evaluations are designed to support growth, for each employee and for the company as a whole. The purpose of an evaluation is to:

• Recognize your contributions and strengths.

• Discuss challenges and identify any support you may need.

• Set and review progress on your goals and KPIs.

Evaluations are designed to help you succeed, while also aligning your work with JBPro’s long-term goals. Our goal is to make evaluations transparent, consistent, and helpful so that everyone understands expectations and feels supported in their development.

When We Evaluate

1. 30-Day Evaluation – Reflection and feedback during your first month.

2. 90-Day Evaluation – A deeper review of performance, strengths, and development needs, including setting annual goals.

3. Annual Evaluations - A comprehensive review that informs raises, bonuses, promotions, and career development opportunities.
