Awards & Recognition - Definitions

The process by which employees, supervisors, or directors recommend someone for recognition based on their contributions, behavior, or impact.

A monthly recognition highlighting one employee who demonstrates exceptional performance, teamwork, or alignment with JBPro’s values. Nominated by directors, reviewed by the president, and recognized company-wide.

Yearly awards presented at the Holiday Party, including:

• DQFACTO Value Awards – one employee recognized for each core value

• Employee of the Year – recognizes the employee who exemplifies JBPro’s mission, values, and impact across the year

The internal tools or channels used to announce and celebrate award recipients, such as Viva Engage, newsletters, company meetings, and social media.
