How the Book Club Works
The Book Club meets every other month for a 90-minute session. Each meeting focuses on a selected leadership or professional development book.
Two presenters lead each session—one Director and one Manager or emerging department leader. Presenters highlight key takeaways, connect the book to JBPro’s culture, and guide an interactive discussion. Sessions are conversational, encouraging employees to share perspectives and apply lessons directly to their roles.
