To be considered for an annual bonus, employees must:
Be a permanent, full-time employee.
Have started employment on or before July 1 of the current calendar year.
Remain actively employed and in good standing at the time of the bonus payout, typically in November.
Bonus amounts are based on several factors, including:
JBPro’s overall financial performance.
Department or team performance.
Individual performance evaluations.
Amounts and eligibility criteria are determined at the sole discretion of JBPro leadership and are not guaranteed.
Bonus amounts are typically communicated during Annual Evaluations, which usually take place in late October or early November.
Bonus payments are processed with a regular payroll run and are subject to applicable tax withholdings.
