Operational Goal: This is long-term a goal that emphasizes contributing to team or organizational efficiency through process improvements, collaboration, or innovative solutions. 

Personal Goal: This is a goal that reflects an individual’s personal aspirations or interests, which may relate to wellness, hobbies, family, or other meaningful pursuits. 

Training Goal: This is a goal that encourages professional development and skill enhancement to strengthen expertise or gain new competencies relevant to the role.
