Using an in-network VSP provider gives you the highest level of coverage and the lowest out-of-pocket cost.

If you visit an in-network VSP provider, no claim submission is required. The provider will submit the claim on your behalf.

If you visit a non-network provider who does not submit claims:
Pay for services at the time of your appointment.
Submit a claim online through VSP or download and mail the VSP Member Reimbursement Form.
Reimbursement amounts may be lower than in-network services.
