Referral bonuses are paid after the referred employee completes 90 days of continuous employment.
Director Level Position: $5000
Manager Level Position: $2500
Production Level Position: $1000
All incentives are processed through payroll and subject to applicable taxes.
All active JBPro employees are eligible to participate, as long as they are employed at the time of the referral and the payout.
Department leaders are not eligible to receive bonuses for referrals made into their own departments.
Incentives apply only to full time, permanent hires. Referrals for internships, part time roles, or temporary positions are not typically eligible unless special circumstances are approved by HR.
Employees may refer family members.
Employees can submit referrals in either of these ways:

A referral can include any of the following:
A resume
The candidate’s name and contact details
A social or professional online profile (LinkedIn, portfolio, etc.)
Referrals must be submitted before the candidate’s first day of employment.
For a referral to qualify for a payout:
The candidate must be hired into a full time, permanent role.
The referred hire must complete 90 days of continuous employment. If the referred employee leaves JBPro before 90 days, no bonus is paid.
If multiple employees refer the same person, the incentive goes to the employee who submitted their referral first.
Candidates are not eligible if they are already in the application pipeline, already being considered by HR, or previously employed by JBPro.
JBPro may amend or discontinue this program at any time.
