JBPro recognizes that great work happens from anywhere. To ensure our remote employees stay connected, comfortable, and productive, JBPro provides monthly reimbursement for eligible home office and co-working expenses, along with travel support to stay engaged with our office teams.
Full-time employees working remotely based on geographical need are eligible for this benefit. This includes both employees hired as remote and those who have transitioned to full-time remote work.
Employees who live within 50 miles of a JBPro office and choose to work remotely are not eligible.
Eligible employees can be reimbursed up to $100 per month for expenses related to remote work, including:
Home internet service (meeting minimum speed requirements
Co-working space memberships or daily passes
Employees may use the allowance for one or both types of expenses, up to the monthly limit.
Internet Speed Requirements
To maintain consistent productivity and connectivity, employees are responsible for maintaining:
Ideal: 100 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload (for data-intensive design software)
Minimum: 50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload (for less intensive data needs)
If these speeds can’t be met, JBPro may require the employee to use a co-working space or upgrade their service.
Remote employees are encouraged to connect in person with their teams at least once per year. JBPro provides an annual travel allowance for one office visit, coordinated directly by HR and approved by HR and Finance. Travel arrangements (flights, lodging, etc.) will be booked by JBPro once approved.
