You are eligible to participate after completing 90 days of service and reaching 18 years of age. Once eligible, you may begin participating on the first day of the next pay period. You’ll receive an enrollment email from Accrue with instructions to set up your account.
If you do not take action by the deadline included in your enrollment email, you will be automatically enrolled at a 3% contribution rate. Your contributions will be invested in a professionally managed portfolio selected by Accrue based on your age and estimated retirement date. You may change your contribution rate, investment selections, or opt out at any time through Accrue.
Contribution amounts are entirely up to you. Many employees choose to contribute at least enough to receive the full JBPro match (up to 3%), but your decision should reflect your own financial situation. Accrue provides tools and education to help you explore contribution options.
JBPro matches 100% of employee contributions, up to 3% of eligible compensation. Matching contributions are deposited automatically and are made as pre-tax contributions, regardless of whether your own contributions are Traditional or Roth.
