How Tuition Reimbursement Works
To qualify for tuition reimbursement, you must:
Be a permanent, full-time employee
Have completed at least one year of continuous service with JBPro
Be in good standing, meaning:
No formal disciplinary action in the past 12 months
A satisfactory rating on your most recent annual performance evaluation
Approved educational programs include:
Degree programs (A.S., B.S., M.S.)
Certificate or continuing education courses
Other job-related training or coursework
Final approval of program relevance is made by HR and company leadership.
Once your request is approved and your classes begin, send HR, at hr@jbpro.com, your proof of enrollment (e.g., class registration or confirmation).
At the end of the semester or course, submit the following to HR:
Final grades showing a passing result
Proof of payment for all eligible expenses
Only passing grades qualify for reimbursement.
Once HR reviews your documentation, you’ll be reimbursed for approved expenses, up to $1,000 per semester, following the standard reimbursement process through Deltek. An expense report through Deltek must be submitted.
Eligible expenses include:
Tuition
Books
Course fees
Other directly related educational costs
Before enrolling in any course in which you are requesting reimbursement, you must send an email to hr@jbpro.com or connect directly with a member of the HR team for approval.
Your email serves as the Tuition Reimbursement Agreement and should include:
Name of the school or program
Course name(s) or degree program
Semester or term dates
Estimated costs (tuition, books, or fees)
Amount you’re requesting for reimbursement
HR will review your request, confirm eligibility, and provide written approval before you begin.
If you leave JBPro after receiving tuition reimbursement, you may need to repay a portion or all of the reimbursement:
Leave within 12 months → Repay 100% of the reimbursed amount
Leave within 24 months → Repay 50% of the reimbursed amount
Repayment terms will be confirmed in your HR approval email.
