How do I join the Book Club?
It's easy!
Join the Viva Engage Book Club Group.
Order the current book (a link will always be provided when a new book is announced).
Submit your receipt through Deltek under Expense Type: Training – Books for reimbursement (up to $20).
Once you’re in the Engage group, you’ll receive a calendar invite with meeting details, or reach out to HR to be added to the meeting invite.
Do I have to finish the book to attend?
No. You’ll still benefit from the presentations and discussion, even if you haven’t read every chapter.
Who presents at the sessions?
Each session is led by one Director and one Project Manager or emerging department leader. Presenters are chosen by HR and the President.
Will I ever have to present?
Not unless you are asked by HR and the President to serve as a presenter. Most employees participate through discussion rather than presenting.
Where can I find past presentations and recordings?
All materials are saved here: E:\Meetings\Book Club
Is this only for leaders?
No. While it’s required for the Leadership Team and strongly encouraged for Managers, all employees are welcome to participate.
