Remote Work Reimbursements - Definitions

A full-time JBPro employee who performs their work primarily from a home office or other remote location more than 50 miles from a JBPro office, due to geographical need.

An employee who regularly splits their time between a JBPro office and a remote location. Hybrid employees who live within 50 miles of a JBPro office are not eligible for this reimbursement program.

A shared, professional workspace outside the home that provides internet, meeting space, and office amenities. Examples include community work hubs, office share programs, or day-use desk rentals.

The minimum and ideal connection speeds employees must maintain for effective remote performance:

• Ideal: 100 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload

• Minimum: 50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload

Employees who cannot meet these speeds must use a co-working space or upgrade their service to maintain JBPro’s connectivity standards.
