At JBPro, our commitment to community runs deep. We believe that giving back is an essential part of who we are and what we stand for. Our Volunteer Initiatives are designed to strengthen the connections between our employees, our community, and the values that guide us every day.
These initiatives bring our culture to life by showing our dedication to service, our teamwork in action, and our optimism in making a difference. They create opportunities for employees to bond, contribute to meaningful causes, and experience the pride that comes from helping others.
Whether we are collecting school supplies for local students, raising funds for cancer research, or writing letters to those serving our country, these moments remind us that progress happens when we work together for each other and for our community.
JBPro’s volunteer efforts have brought people together and made a lasting difference in our community. Each initiative reflects our shared purpose and the spirit of collaboration that defines our culture.
Partnering with the Children’s Home Society of Florida – Greater Gainesville, employees donated 1,835 school supplies to help local students start the year ready to succeed.
Our team raised 500 dollars for the American Cancer Society, supporting research and programs that assist individuals and families affected by breast cancer. Employees also participated in a 3-mile walk for Making Strides Against Breast Cancer, showing both support and solidarity for the cause.
Employees donated to causes that were meaningful to them, and for each milestone reached, Jay turned a little greener, ending with a green beard. This fun, lighthearted event reflected our optimism, teamwork, and generosity.
We support Mirror Image Leadership Academy, an organization dedicated to empowering young men and strengthening family relationships through mentorship and leadership development. Each year a group of young men comes to our campus to learn, engage, and participate in activities that build confidence, decision-making skills, and a sense of purpose.
An annual event hosted by UF’s Planning, Design, and Construction team brought together local organizations for a fun day of camaraderie and community support. The tournament was a highlight of the year and a wonderful opportunity to give back while strengthening connections within the community.
Employees and their families participated in letter writing for Operation Gratitude, sending messages and artwork to active-duty military members. The project connected both in-office and remote employees and encouraged reflection and appreciation for those serving our country.
Partnering with Bread of the Mighty, our team collected food donations to help families in need during the holiday season, ensuring everyone had access to meals and comfort during this time of year.
These initiatives reflect our shared purpose and the spirit of collaboration that defines our culture. We are proud of the impact we have made so far and strive to offer even more opportunities for employees to get involved, give back, and strengthen our connection with the community.
