How to request reimbursement for eligible professional expenses:
JBPro reimburses up to $500 per calendar year for approved, job-related licenses or certifications. Fees for passed licensing exams may also qualify for reimbursement.
To receive reimbursement:
Submit an expense report in Deltek
Include proof of payment and any supporting documentation
HR will review and approve all requests before reimbursement is issued through the standard Deltek process.
Eligible expenses include:
Licensing or certification fees
Exam fees (for passed exams)
Renewal fees for job-required licenses
Employees may also request reimbursement for job-related training or professional memberships that support their annual goals.
Each employee has access to a combined reimbursement pool of up to $500 per calendar year for approved training and membership expenses.
If JBPro specifically asks an employee to complete a training or join a membership that exceeds this amount, prior HR approval is required for reimbursement beyond $500.
Eligible expenses include:
Continuing education or technical training courses
Membership dues for industry organizations
Conference registration fees (if approved in advance)
