You can refer them, but you cannot receive an incentive for referrals that previously worked at JBPro. 

The bonus goes to the employee whose referral was received first by HR.

Yes. A name with contact information or a link to a professional profile is enough.

The payout amount is determined by the final job level they are hired into.

You can refer them, but you cannot receive an incentive for referrals into your own department. This applies to Directors and above. 

No. Any active JBPro employee may participate as long as they are employed at the time of payout.

Yes. Family referrals are allowed.

There is no bonus paid.

No. Employees can submit as many referrals as they would like.
