Definitions

Vision Insurance: Coverage that helps pay for eye exams, lenses, frames, and contact lenses.

VSP: Vision Service Plan, the vision provider network used for JBPro’s vision coverage.

In-Network Provider: A vision provider contracted with VSP that offers the highest benefit level and files claims for you.

Out-of-Network Provider: A provider not contracted with VSP; benefits are lower and claims must be submitted by the employee.

Member ID: The identification number used to access VSP benefits and claims, found on your vision ID card.
