Employees may share feedback in several ways:
Microsoft Form: This form is sent monthly via email to all employees, but submissions are accepted at any time. Responses are anonymous by default, with the option to include your name if you’d like a follow-up.
Email: You may email the Leadership team at leadership@jbpro.com or email HR at hr@jbpro.com. If there is a specific Leader or HR team member you would like to communicate with, feel free to email them directly as well.
Direct Conversation: Employees are always encouraged to provide feedback directly to their Supervisor, any member of the leadership team, or HR through any preferred method—whether in person, by phone, or by email.
This process is designed to make giving feedback constantly and easily accessible—not to replace open communication.
HR reviews all submissions from the Microsoft Form as they are received.
HR determines whether feedback should be escalated or shared with leadership for discussion or action.
If the employee provides their name and requests a follow-up, HR or leadership will respond directly to discuss the feedback further.
Leadership reviews feedback regularly and discusses relevant items during semi-monthly Leadership Meetings to identify trends, address concerns, or implement improvements.
When appropriate, company-wide updates or outcomes from feedback will be shared through internal communications or staff meetings to ensure transparency.
Employees are encouraged to share:
Ideas for improving workflows, communication, or teamwork
Suggestions for employee engagement, recognition, or workplace improvements
Feedback about company culture, leadership communication, or organizational initiatives
Questions or comments that could help JBPro continue to grow and improve
Important: Feedback regarding HR concerns such as discrimination, harassment, payroll issues, or policy violations should be submitted directly to HR (not through the anonymous form) for appropriate handling and confidentiality.
In addition to this open feedback channel, JBPro conducts an Annual Engagement Survey to gather structured feedback on company culture, leadership, communication, and employee satisfaction. Survey results are reviewed by leadership, and key themes are shared with employees along with action plans for improvement.
