Procedures

The HR and Administration team identifies opportunities that align with JBPro’s mission and community needs. Employees are encouraged to share ideas for causes or organizations that hold personal meaning or reflect JBPro’s core values. Those who would like to recommend a new cause or event can email hr@jbpro.com with the organization’s name, mission, and details about how JBPro could get involved.

Event details are shared through Viva Engage and/or email. Each announcement includes event dates, drop-off instructions, and ways to participate. Employees can join individually or as a group, and if the event allows guest participation, family and friends are welcome to take part. 

Each initiative is promoted through internal channels to encourage company-wide involvement. Employees are invited to contribute by donating, volunteering, or helping raise awareness. 

After each event, a recap is posted highlighting the collective impact of our efforts. These summaries showcase what we achieved together and often include photos and reflections from participants.
