Target Nominal Working Hours Per Week: the minimum number of hours an employee is expected to work within a week when the employee does not take time off. This is only a hypothetical target because it does not factor in time off, so it is not the actual work effort expectation of an employee in the long-run. This is an administratively maintained input in the company database. The default value for this variable is based on position, but there are exceptions made for individuals.
