Introduction to the Book Club
As part of JBPro’s Professional Development initiative, the Book Club offers employees the opportunity to develop leadership skills, share insights, and connect across departments. While participation is required for the Leadership Team and strongly encouraged for Managers, all employees are welcome to join, read along, and contribute to the conversation.
The Book Club supports JBPro’s leadership culture through:
Enhancing communication and engagement across teams
Encouraging cross-functional alignment and collaboration
Building strategic thinking and tech-forward leadership practices
Providing space for authentic, candid conversations around leadership
Each session focuses on a selected leadership or professional development book. Presenters highlight key lessons, lead interactive discussions, and connect the book’s concepts to JBPro’s culture and operations.
